The challenge
The site was losing stock overnight and the existing alarm only covered the front office. With trucks moving until late and a large unlit yard, staff had no reliable way to tell a genuine break in from a false trip.
What we installed
We designed a full perimeter alarm with external detection, added camera coverage over every dock and gate, and connected the site to our 24/7 monitoring centre with a documented escalation path for the operations manager.
The result
After-hours incidents dropped to zero across the first six months, and the client now has clear footage on hand for insurance and freight disputes.
